Among the basics at Christ Lutheran Church are: God — The Father, Son and Holy Spirit; His Word — The Bible; and His people — saved sinners and saints.
We confess the Trinity. We worship the One who: created us, redeemed us and gathers us into true faith.
Regarding the Bible, we believe the Holy Spirit enables us to understand what He wrote through the prophets and apostles. We approach the Bible to gain a Christ-centered rather than a culture-centered theology. As a result, our preaching and teaching are traditional and conservative.
As people, we are sinners struggling to repent and saints rejoicing in Jesus’ forgiveness. We want to share messages about God’s Law and God’s Gospel. Through hymns, organ music, liturgy, education, cookie fellowship, mission giving and a couple annual dinners, we share Christ’s love and desire to grow beyond our average Sunday attendance of 30-35.
If you are seeking a church — we would welcome you!
As Lutherans, we are affiliated with The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.
